(Ottawa, May 3, 2007) The Canadian Cerebral Palsy Sport Association is pleased to announce that the London Cannonballs Boccia Club will organize the 2008 Canadian Boccia Championships. The competition will be held at the London Convention Centre from February 25th to March 1st.

London welcomes everyone to the 2008 Canadian Boccia Championships”.
“I'm pleased to be going back to London for our National Championships”, added Sharon Martin, chair of the Sport Technical Advisory Council for CCPSA. “London has a well deserved reputation for organizing quality Championships. The caliber of volunteers on the London HOC ensures that the 2008 National Championships will be a premiere event.”
The competition will be held with the help of the Ontario Cerebral Palsy Sport Association. “OCPSA is excited to support the London Cannonballs in hosting the 2008 Canadian Boccia Championships” said Leslie Murray, Sports Technical Chair, OCPSA. “We will host the best nationals ever and are looking forward to giving the athletes a competition to remember.”
